Labour miss an open goal.
Again.

The Tories keep setting them up and every time they fuck up.

So last night Corbyn was doing some climate meeting and his brother stood up to ask a question and he was told to sit down because they only wanted questions from women and people of colour.

At another meeting a Labour party executive told the audience that they didn't want to have any questions from white males.

And then Starmer saying it's wrong to say that only women have cervixes....it's a medical fact you fool.

How is all of this going to sit with our friends up North?

FFS what more shit can the Tories get away with before the Labour party start to take advantage?

It's there on a plate for them but all they want to do is fight each other! And as for Angela Rayner! What is wrong with her? A decent, strong leader would be taking the Tories apart.

Politicians, from all sides, are shit.

Tory conference this time.

Seems the membership aren't that taken by Boris. No surprise, he and the party are hardly conservative.

I see the Torys are kicking a few goals of their own!

One MP saying how "grim" it is trying to live on a pittance of £81k a year.

The average wage in the UK is less than half that......

what a cunt.

Do these "mass immigrants" actually vote?

They are quite easy to get onto the electoral roll, once here, the petitions start to grant an amnesty (even Johnson has campaigned for them). Labour don't even bother appealing to them to start with, they just harvest their votes

They can't really have a proper understanding of the nuances of British politics, so if they understand elections at all there would be no reason for them to favour any particular party.

"Current Labour seems to have a similar attitude to the vote of the white, working class man" "We want your vote, but, once made, please shut the fuck up and go somewhere else until the next election.""

Exactly the same as the Tories then.

White working class men voted the Tories in. What have the "conservatives" given their voters back?

All they seem interested in is importing as many Afghans as possible who will all end up voting Labour anyway.

Darby

There are at least 10 black, male Labour MPs. Plus 103 women. You lot have only got 199 MPs, so white males are only 42%, That's fucking miles from being, as you said, in the majority.

So it's not really pedantic to point out you are talking total shit.

Re: Labour miss an open goal.
Cheers, Captain Pedantry. The word ‘probably’ should have given you the clue that whether the number was 51% or 49% or 45% wasn’t really relevant to the point. White males are the largest or second largest demographic group and make up 100% of Labour leaders, including the current one, so saying that Labour hates white men is melodramatic.

Anyway, it’s been a fascinating exchange, Surfy. I’m sure no one’s falling asleep right now. I don’t know why more people don’t get involved in pedantic, bad faith nitpicking with you.

Re: Labour miss an open goal.
Darby,

51% of Labour MPs are women, so even if every single remaining Labour MP is white (I'm looking straight at you Mr Lammy), you're still talking shit.

Darby_ 7:07 Sun Oct 3
Re: Labour miss an open goal.
Since probably the majority of current Labour MPs and all of Labour’s PMs have been white men, Bigot, saying that Labour “hates” white men is fairly obviously melodramatic.

You’re deep down the right wing rabbit hole, Bigot son, and you’ll never vote Labour in a million years.

When I was living in Thailand, there was a phrase - never disputed by the locals - that ran along the lines of "We want your money in the country, but we don't really want you."

Current Labour seems to have a similar attitude to the vote of the white, working class man" "We want your vote, but, once made, please shut the fuck up and go somewhere else until the next election."

Real Labour people need to fuck off these modern-day charlatan parasites if they are going to have any chance of winning an election (and Boris couldn't really make it any easier).

Give them the name "Labour Party" if that's what they want (they will never have the history, whatever they call themselves).

Move on, move forward.

It's not melodrama based on the Labour conference.

Ray, my views are cente-right, so the Toris would be the party I gravitate to, but they're not very conservative.

PB, I really don’t care who you vote for but you keep posting right wing claptrap in this thread so I think you’re giving away a bit too much there…..

Tory fan-boy? Ha!

Tell me why I should vote Labour? I'm a white male, so already despised by the members and MPs.

I didn't vote Tory last election, ray, so not much of a fan boy.

Highlighting how thick you are, doesn't make me a tory fan boy.
